Is the Fraser Valley in a balanced market?

Fraser Valley Real Estate Board stats are out! Even though it looks like we are in a balanced market over all. Cloverdale and South Surrey/White Rock are experiencing a Sellers market as far as detached homes are concerned. Townhomes and condos are closer to a Buyers market with so much for Buyers to choose from. Read the following article to see exactly what our president has to say:
