Tonight my eldest daughter will walk across the stage and receive her diploma and officially graduate in the Class of 2013.
I am sure every parent goes through this
Still can't believe it....Joe Reid and I are so proud of our baby girl. She's all grown up and I can't figure out how that happened.
It was only yesterday that she was singing "twinkle twinkle little star"...
She's blossomed into a beautiful young woman who's about to start her life.
When they are babies we all wonder what our children will be like as they get older, who they will be as adults and what will become of them....
We all hope our children will achieve their hopes and dreams....but we never truly know if those hopes and dreams truly will come true.
Shantelle is about embark on a pretty exciting journey and no matter where she ends up she will achieve great things I know it! We love you sweetheart.
For all our friends and family with little ones....everyone always tells you to enjoy every moment you have with your kids because they grow up way too fast..."in the blink of an eye". Well they do and you can never turn back the clock so if there is any advice I can give to anyone with children or planning on having them...enjoy every moment as if it is your last. The house work, errands and all those things we seem to let get in the way... will still be there tomorrow. But you will never get today back. Make the most of even the little things, because it's the little things in life that mean so much and it's the little things in life that make memories that last forever.
