What to expect when inspecting!

Home inspections are so important. Buying new or old they are a must! It is important to understand that no home is perfect and when you get an inspection there will be some challenges or issues that come back.

As a buyer or seller you have to understand that this will happen each and every time and to not be put off or scared out of a purchase or surprised when you find out your home may need some corrections.

In rare cases you will find a home that is suffering from major issue such as foundation or structural integrity. But 95% or or more of the time the problems can be solved by price reductions or having the seller take care of the concern.
