I really enjoyed this article because I truly feel that the person you are using to aid in the purchase or sale of your home or future home should be competent and confident in their abilities to do their job.
There are a ton of good Realtors out there but for every good one there is a not so great one and its difficult to squash the bad reputation that they (the not so great ones) perpetuate and contribute to.
If as a consumer you are better educated in making a decision and are able to pick a Realtor who is committed to making the experience of buying or selling, not only clear and comfortable but protect your interests in the process there would be less mistakes resulting in a bad experience, which in turn helps not only you but our reputations as Realtors.
