Like so many others at this time of year, I have caught a nasty winter cold. The last 2 days have been the worst for congestion, which is why I was really looking forward to my hour of hot yoga this afternoon. For one full hour I felt great and managed to get some exercise too. :) Hopefully sweating away this terrible cold.
I have practiced yoga in a few different places but have found "West Coast Hot Yoga" as the best in the lower mainland. They have very good instructors and offer a clean, comfortable atmosphere for beginners and people of all levels of practice.
I enjoy not only the aspect of exercise, but the experience and exhilaration I get each time I attend a class.
