Preparing your home for sale

I just read a great article on preparing your home for sale. It is that time of year again when the holidays are over and the children are back in school when people start to consider listing their home for sale in time for the spring market. Everyone looking to sell always wants to know what they should do to get their home ready. The #1 improvement that is recommended is "cleaning and de-cluttering" of your home. Should you do nothing else, at least prepare your home so that its shown at its best!
