After moving my own family from Ontario to British Columbia and navigating multiple life and housing transitions, I understand firsthand how deeply connected our homes are to the seasons of our lives. With nearly two decades in real estate and more than 30 years of experience in customer service and business leadership, I’m known for clear communication, strong negotiation, and thoughtful planning. I help upsizing families understand equity, timing, pricing, and their real options so they can move forward with confidence even in shifting markets.
In 2010, I built what is now Balance Real Estate Group with the belief that real estate works better as a team.
