KARA BERMAN

Community Heroes & First Responder Real Estate Specialist

Kara Berman | Community Heroes & First Responder Real Estate Specialist | Balance Real Estate Group

As part of Balance Real Estate Group, I proudly serve first responders and essential service professionals in Cloverdale and Langley. As the spouse of a police officer and a mom of two, I understand firsthand the demanding schedules, pressures, and lifestyle challenges that come with front-line careers.

My work is deeply rooted in the community I call home. Surrounded by first responders and community heroes within my extended family, I bring both personal insight and strong advocacy to every client I serve. My role is to make buying or selling a home feel clear, supported, and manageable... even with shift work, long hours, and unpredictable schedules.

Outside of real estate, I’m an active rugby player with the Langley Rugby Club. Teamwork, discipline, and resilience are values I carry into every client relationship. At home, life is busy and full with two kids, a dog, and a cat, which deepens my understanding of what families truly need from their homes and their Realtor.

Whether I’m working with first responders, healthcare professionals, teachers, or other essential service workers, my goal is to provide strong advocacy and a respectful, supportive real estate experience that honours the important work my clients do for our community.
