I help homeowners downsize in Cloverdale, South Surrey, and Langley, guiding them through one of the most emotional and meaningful transitions in real estate. Downsizing isn’t just about selling a home; it’s about honouring memories, letting go with care, and creating space for what comes next. My role is to make the process feel lighter, clearer, and well supported from start to finish.
Before real estate, I worked as a Special Education Assistant, supporting children with diverse needs. That experience deeply shaped how I show up today with patience, empathy, and an ability to anticipate what someone needs before they ask. These skills are especially important when working with empty nesters and downsizers, where emotions and logistics often go hand in hand.
I live in Cloverdale with my husband, our five kids, and our dog, Scarlet. I bring honest guidance, calm energy, and steady communication to every client relationship. You’ll never feel rushed, only supported, informed, and genuinely cared for.
My approach is simple: I walk with you through each step, keeping everything organized so you never feel alone. There may be a few tears, definitely some laughs, and always a sense of relief when the keys change hands and a new chapter begins.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me in the garden, rearranging furniture (again), travelling, spending time with my family, or hosting friends with too much food, too much wine, and lots of laughter.
Downsizing is a big life moment, and I’m truly grateful every time I get to walk through it with someone.
